Adam Rainey has called this community home for 40 years. David Valentine is closing in on a decade. Both spent years in hospitality careers that kept them on the road — managing, building, and overseeing operations far from home. At some point, the idea of building something right here in their own backyard became too good to ignore. When the right space opened up in downtown Senoia, they stopped traveling and started building.
David brings years of restaurant ownership and development experience. Adam brings a chef's background and a genuine obsession with what pizza can be when you take it seriously. They studied successful restaurant concepts across the country, learned what worked and what didn't, and built their vision around it. Pizza is a long-standing tradition nobody reinvents — but there's plenty of room to bring unexpected, thoughtfully paired combinations to the table. Dynamite shrimp, chicken Alfredo, Greek gyro — ingredients that make you rethink what belongs on a great pie. Caputo flour imported from Italy. Seasonal sourcing. Local craft beers and fun cocktails. A room polished enough for date night, relaxed enough for the whole family. The outdoor patio was a natural extension of that vision — a space that invites you to slow down, stay longer, and enjoy downtown Senoia the way it was meant to be enjoyed.
But ask Adam and David what they're most proud of and they'll point to their team. Taking care of the people on your team isn't a talking point here — it's the operating philosophy. When the people serving you feel like they belong to something, it shows in every interaction.
